The Scottish Salmon offers another seasonal option, paired with beurre blanc, smoked trout roe, dill and asparagus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Asparagus & Burrata combines snap peas, radish, charred avocado, crispy chickpeas and mustard vinaigrette, highlighting spring produce in a colorful and satisfying presentation. Diners craving something heartier can opt for the Australian Lamb, served with horiatiki, grilled halloumi, garden herbs and red chimichurri. The dish delivers bold flavors while maintaining the restaurant\u2019s signature attention to detail and presentation.
