Shortly after, the restaurant will host its monthly Bluewater Second Tuesday Tasting, a multi-course pairing dinner spotlighting local tuna dishes alongside wines like Whispering Angel Ros\u00e9 and Zotovich Viognier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The popular tasting series continues throughout the summer, with menus centered on premium seafood and curated wine pairings. July\u2019s \u201cMisoyaki Black Cod Marvel\u201d features Miso Glazed Pacific Black Cod served with green beans, white rice and eel sauce paired with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir selections.
