Designed as a wood-fired dining experience rooted in the broader flavors of Latin America, the restaurant was developed by Alvarez alongside Executive Chef Jason Alford and beverage director Gilles Kolakowski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Magdale\u00f1a\u2019s menu centers on open-fire cooking techniques that highlight meats, seafood, and vegetable-forward dishes meant for sharing.
