A chef\u2019s selection of sushi showcases offerings like Tuna with Wasabi Salsa and Shima Aji with Crispy Leek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a Sashimi Salad, entr\u00e9es such as Black Cod Miso and Beef Tenderloin with Wasabi Pepper carry the meal forward before concluding with an elegant Whiskey Cappuccino dessert. A separate omakase menu ensures guests can explore a different expression of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nobu is also leaning into spring with cocktails that mirror the season.
