The recipes that began generations ago in Socorro, New Mexico remain at the core of the menu, still made from scratch daily under Lupe\u2019s guidance. Signature enchiladas, fajitas, and the fiery green chile dishes that built the restaurant\u2019s reputation aren\u2019t going anywhere. Guests can expect seasonal features inspired by Lupe\u2019s original menu &#8211; a thoughtful nod to the past with an eye toward what\u2019s next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new Gainey Ranch space offers a refreshed setting to match this new era. Designed with modern Southwest flair, the restaurant will feature a cozy bar seating eight to ten guests, plus intimate tables that feel familiar and elevated, a natural evolution for the
