The fast-casual concept, known for its sandwiches, salads and upbeat hospitality, opened its doors in Gainey Ranch on February 17, 2026, marking the brand\u2019s continued expansion in bringing its signature \u201cEat Happy\u201d spirit to the Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant is designed as an easygoing gathering spot, equally suited for a quick weekday lunch, a relaxed dinner with friends or a catered group event. Guests can expect flavor combinations built around high-quality ingredients, all served in a welcoming setting that has helped the brand build a loyal following.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe opening of our first Arizona store represents a meaningful expansion for our brand and an opportunity to connect with the community,\u201d CMO Alicia Mowder said. \u201cLocals who have experienced Mendo in the past have been asking if an Arizona location is coming for years and now they\u2019re rallying for this introduction to The Valley.
