Phoenix is about to welcome a new destination for bourbon lovers and cocktail aficionados with the February debut of Still & Barrel<\/a>. Founded by Sheldon Knapp and Dennis Shaw, the minds behind Phoenix City Grille, this intimate bar on16th Street reflects the duo\u2019s passion for rare liquors, fine spirits, and expertly crafted cocktails, offering a sophisticated yet approachable experience for locals and visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
