So I was\u00a0ecstatic to find out that Lon&#8217;s at the Hermosa Inn in Paradise Valley is now dishing up breakfast. Lon&#8217;s new Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco breakfast menu features bold tastes and breakfast classics of artful American cuisine with a focus on fresh, regional ingredients and farm-to-table offerings.<br \/>\nOffered from 7 to 10 a.m. daily, breakfast diners can choose huevos rancheros with a twist, vegetarian egg white frittata, traditional eggs benedict, dry cherry French toast with whipped cr\u00e8me friache, custom omelet creations, Lon&#8217;s fresh-baked brioche &#8220;monkey bread,&#8221; short rib hash, Kurobuta ham and many more delicious a.m. eats.
