They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And, for me, it\u2019s also the most delicious (well, breakfast and<\/em>dessert). So I was\u00a0ecstatic to find out that Lon\u2019s at the Hermosa Inn in Paradise Valley is now dishing up breakfast. Lon\u2019s new Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco breakfast menu features bold tastes and breakfast classics of artful American cuisine with a focus on fresh, regional ingredients and farm-to-table offerings.
\nOffered from 7 to 10 a.m. daily, breakfast diners can choose huevos rancheros with a twist, vegetarian egg white frittata, traditional eggs benedict, dry cherry French toast with whipped cr\u00e8me friache, custom omelet creations, Lon\u2019s fresh-baked brioche \u201cmonkey bread,\u201d short rib hash, Kurobuta ham and many more delicious a.m. eats.
