Named in honor of Alden B. Dow, the visionary architect behind the museum\u2019s original 1959 building, the restaurant is the latest project from CS Hospitality, a new group launched by the team behind Conceptually Social and led by Monica X. Starting October 1, the eatery will open for indoor dining Wednesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on weekends from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Full-service outdoor dining is set to launch in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The menu is rooted in modern American cuisine, infused with global influences and driven by the rhythm of seasonal ingredients. Shareable plates like hamachi crudo bring flavor-forward energy to the table, while salads range from a crisp fattoush to hearty greens.
