Gilbert is set to welcome an exciting new dining destination in early 2026. Charles Barber Jr., the Arizona restaurateur behind the acclaimed Aftermath Bar & Kitchen, has announced plans to open Rosewood<\/a>, a modern American restaurant located at 366 N. Gilbert Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slated to debut in January 2026, Rosewood will carry the signature Aftermath spirit into the heart of Gilbert, offering a menu of scratch-made dishes, bold craft cocktails, and a high-energy atmosphere.
