dishes, some of which you can find in the streets, restaurants, and at grandma\u2019s house,\u201d Soto said. \u201cI think that\u2019s what makes this menu different and fun.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting with a bright, refreshing\u00a0ceviche\u00a0that marries kohlrabi, cucumber, and red onion with a vibrant preserved lemon and sotol infusion, each dish on the menu
