Each month, two culinary powerhouses team up to create a one-night-only four-course pairing menu, hosted at one of five participating restaurants. It\u2019s a chance to support local in the most delicious way.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Held on the third Monday of each month at 6 p.m., each event in the series offers an intimate, immersive culinary evening with minimal seating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>May 19<\/strong>: Chefs Stephen Jones &amp; Lori Hashimoto at <strong>Larder + Delta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>June 16<\/strong>: Chefs Bernie Kantak &amp; Gio Osso at <strong>The Gladly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>July 21<\/strong>: Chefs Justin Beckett &amp; Stephen Jones at <strong>Beckett\u2019s Table<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>August 18<\/strong>: Chefs Lori Hashimoto &amp; Bernie Kantak at <strong>Hana Japanese Eatery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>September 15<\/strong>: Chefs Justin Beckett &amp; Gio Osso at <strong>Virt\u00f9 Honest Craft<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Chef Beckett has been in the industry for over 35 years \u2013 a career that started in eighth grade at a restaurant called Casanovas on Maui. Beckett\u2019s favorite part of the job is experimenting with food, eating, and creating new dishes, followed by collaborating with other chefs to support the food scene, which is perfect because that\u2019s exactly what the upcoming dinner series is all about.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese events are very exclusive and limited. What keeps the fire going is simple: the joy of cooking for friends, family, and the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are people in this industry that I dearly cherish,\u201d Jones said. \u201cBeing able to cook for them, being blessed to feed people\u2026that is why I\u2019m in this industry.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to the unique challenges of summer, especially in Arizona, the struggle is real. What&#8217;s left is a much smaller demographic of diners during the summer months. This event is for them,\u201d Jones said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The chef explained that guests can look forward to a group of friends who want to cook together more often but cannot because of their schedules.
