The Mexicano\u2019s famous build-your-own margarita bar is headed to the East Valley with the opening of its second location, slated to open its doors at the Chandler Fashion Center on April 2, 2025. With a chef-driven menu that provides authentic cuisine, The Mexicano by Chef Joey Concepts<\/a> incorporates fusion cuisine with dishes like birria bao buns and Instagram-worthy items such as the guacamole and salsa Ferris wheel.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur\u00a0Chandler\u00a0location will be the same fun, energetic, delicious\u00a0Mexicano\u00a0our guests know and love,\u201d Maggiore said. \u201cWe are thrilled to bring our second location, and the party, to the Easy Valley.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chandler eatery will feature daily happy hour, along with Taco Tuesdays with $2 cochinita pibil and chicken tinga tacos, and Margarita Mondays featuring half off all margaritas. Designed by Chef Joey\u2019s wife Cristina Maggiore, the restaurant keeps the Mexico City roots of the original location (which debuted in 2021), as well as a fiesta ambiance with vibrant colors, authentic imported furniture and indoor\/outdoor seating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests can expect an energetic atmosphere with rotating DJs spinning music seven days a week, fire dancers, and special appearances by Mariachi bands.
