Uchi <\/a>Scottsdale is set to bring back its highly anticipated annual chef collaboration dinner series this April. The series will feature exciting partnerships with two standout Arizona eateries: \u00c9lephante<\/a> and Atria<\/a>. The series will kick off on April 1, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., with Chef de Cuisine Blake Luecke teaming up with Executive Chef Phil Rubino of \u00c9lephante for an unforgettable evening of culinary fusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exclusive event will highlight a menu that marries the Mediterranean-inspired flavors of \u00c9lephante\u2019s upscale coastal Italian fare with Uchi\u2019s signature Japanese techniques. Guests can look forward to a variety of delectable dishes, including English pea tortellini (featuring treviso, ricotta di bufala, and crispy guanciale), a refreshing octopus salad, and a show-stopping New Zealand lamb dish (black pepper and cumin crusted, served with creamy polenta).<\/p>\n\n\n

On May 20, Uchi will welcome the talented James Beard-nominated Chef Rochelle Daniel from Atria in Flagstaff. Chef Daniel, a Phoenix native, will return to her roots for a unique collaboration, blending Atria\u2019s hyper-seasonal modern American cuisine with Uchi\u2019s distinctive Japanese influences.<\/p>\n\n\n
