In March, indulge in Irish loaded potato cakes: crispy, panko-crusted potato cakes filled with corned beef, green onions, and a three-cheese blend, served with 1000 Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Red, White &amp; Brew is also debuting an updated cocktail menu designed to showcase a mix of bold, spirit-forward drinks and refreshing zero-proof options. Highlights include the apple cider pomegranate martini, a unique blend of apple vodka, Pama liqueur, apple cider, lemon juice, and spiced honey topped with fizzy ginger beer.
