Over the past three years, this impactful initiative has raised $417,562 for pancreatic cancer research. The restaurant\u2019s long-term goal is $1 million.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All eight Valley Babbo Italian Eatery locations will donate 100 percent of profits to the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/seenamagowitzfoundation.org\/\">Seena Magowitz Foundation<\/a>\u00a0to support groundbreaking research at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.honorhealth.com\/company\/research-institute\">HonorHealth Research Institute<\/a> in honor of the memory of Babbo\u2019s founder, the late Ken Pollack.
