Following months of anticipation, The Mexicano<\/a> has officially announced its grand reopening celebration after an extended closure due to a kitchen fire last fall. On January 31, guests will be welcomed back to the Valley eatery, complete with a fresh new look, an exciting new menu, enhanced activations, daily happy hour specials, and the return of energetic live entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Created to draw guests into a vibrant atmosphere that combines sophistication with the lively spirit of Mexican culture, the Mexicano 2.0 was designed by the creative eye of Chef Joey\u2019s wife, Cristina, and features an open, airy ambiance that combines a mix of immersive greenery, sleek furnishings and a covered patio for al fresco dining. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reimagined space will include both classic experiences, such as the famous build-your-own margarita bar, as well as new interactive activations to wow diners, including a tortilla-making station that will bring an authentic touch to the atmosphere.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis second round will match the energy of the original but with an elevated, vibrant, and sexy new d\u00e9cor. Highlights include the best f#%ng fried quesadilla taco, pork osso bucco, molcajete, and chorizo stuffed zucchini blossoms, as well as a revamped cocktail menu expertly crafted by Jason Asher, a world-renowned mixologist from Phoenix.<\/p>\n\n\n
