Epicenter at Agritopia<\/a>, an award-winning mixed-use community in Gilbert, has exciting news for food enthusiasts. The Mission<\/a>, a renowned modern Latin restaurant led by acclaimed Chef Matt Carter<\/a>, is set to open its third location at Epicenter in late 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The eatery will replace Belly Kitchen & Bar<\/a>, whose owners have decided to pursue new restaurant ventures in Phoenix, with both parties expressing mutual respect for the transition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mission, known for its bold Latin flavors and vibrant atmosphere, will bring signature dishes like house-made tortillas, famous Mission Guacamole prepared tableside, and the unforgettable \u201cWhole Roasted Pig Out\u201d weekend brunch experience, which is an all-you-can-eat affair. The new location will also feature an agave-centric bar, offering craft cocktails that have become synonymous with The Mission brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
