On Tuesday, January 19, Sushi Roku will donate 20 percent of all proceeds to the American Red Cross, Y\u00e9le Haiti and the Clinton Foundation, which are providing immediate, direct relief to victims of the devastating 7.0 magnitude earthquake that hit Haiti on January 12.
