At Peoria, the art comprises 5,500 individual 1970s and 1980s vintage baseball cards in tribute to the Peoria Sports Complex, a feat that required a three-day install. The interior decor showcases collaborations with vintage shops Modern Manor, Soda Pop, Red Modern, Eyeopener, and Modern on Melrose, including photo tributes to the music festivals that existed back in the early 2000s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postino has partnered with Peoria Diamond Club, a nonprofit dedicated to helping children in their communities reach their full potential by supporting organizations that meet their fundamental needs. Throughout January, Postino Peoria will donate $1 from each bruschetta board sold to the Peoria Diamond Club. The menu features \u201cSnacky Things,\u201d a shareable plate of crispy cauliflower, butter-poached shrimp scampi, and sweet potato wedges. Bruschetta offerings include brie &amp; apple with fig spread, smoked salmon with pesto, sweet and spicy pepper jam with goat cheese, and more.
