This marks the brand’s first two-story restaurant in Glendale, offering a unique dining experience with food, drinks, and an exceptional atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spanning 3,983 square feet, the rooftop patio is an expansive, covered, open-air space. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating with a fully equipped bar and dining area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis marks a significant milestone for Thirsty Lion as our first two-story location, and we\u2019re thrilled to bring this dynamic design to the West Valley. We\u2019re just steps away from the Desert Diamond Arena and State Farm Stadium, venues that host major events like the Super Bowl, Fiesta Bowls, and the Men\u2019s NCAA Final Four Tournament in March 2025,\u201d CEO John Plew said. \u201cThe response from the community has been incredible, and we can\u2019t wait to welcome guests to our rooftop for everything from celebrations to corporate gatherings.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thirsty Lion\u2019s menu showcases a variety of scratch-made dishes crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Signature items include the gorgonzola-infused gastropub burger, the spicy fried chicken sandwich with jalapeno and buttermilk marinade, and the multi-cultural gochujang BBQ pork and kimchi fried rice. The ahi poke bowl salad and Tuscan Romano chicken offer fresh, flavorful options for those seeking lighter fare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
