Zozzona, by name, is a Roman pasta sauce,\u201d Chef Blais said.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blais is a James Beard-nominated chef trained with culinary legends like Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, and Ferran Adri\u00e0. Now, he\u2019s bringing his flair for the unexpected to Scottsdale. The menu offers a selection of <em>cicchetti<\/em> \u2013 what Blasis describes as small bites packed with big flavor.
