Mochilero Kitchen<\/a> is celebrating the cooler temperatures in the Valley with a fresh lineup of seasonal offerings, including new cocktails, a brunch menu, kid-friendly options, and live music events. Known for its vibrant atmosphere and authentic Mexican cuisine, the restaurant continues to delight guests with dishes that highlight the beauty of simplicity.<\/p>\n\n\n

Chef Jorge Cota has crafted these new additions to showcase the bold, refined flavors that have become Mochilero’s hallmark. The revamped brunch menu will include more offerings for adults and kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI’m excited to showcase how simple, everyday ingredients can be elevated with the right techniques,\u201d Cota said. \u201cFor example, our Salsa Macha combines dried chilies and oil, transforming with a bit of effort into something extraordinary.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n

The revamped brunch menu includes the Mochilero ultimate omelet, a create-your-own dish with a choice of slow-cooked short rib, chicken tinga or steak, veggies, and cheese; the La Do\u00f1a, an open-faced sandwich on Mexican torta bread with refried beans, eggs, and house-made chorizo gravy and breakfast burritos, pancakes, crepes, and pan dulce French toast for the youngsters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One unique feature item for guests to look out for is the lobster enchiladas, made with seasoned lobster, veggies, and asadero cheese and a choice of refried or black beans, rice, or papas.<\/p>\n\n\n

\u201cAt Mochilero Kitchen, we use various techniques, from slow-roasting salsas to grilling, confiting, and braising proteins,\u201d Cota said. \u201cKnowing how to use time as an ally is key to unlocking the flavors in each dish.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On select Fridays throughout November and December, diners can enjoy live music on the patio from Blue Savannah with a drink in hand, such as the handcrafted espresso cocktail, Bloody Mary, Mimosa Trios, fresh Aguas Frescas, or seasonal beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n

New on the cocktail menu are the Dulce Vida, with El Tesoro Blanco tequila, ginger-turmeric juice, sparkling apple cider, and orange bitters; the Mas Mole, with Cazadores Reposado Tequila, honey, chocolate bitters, and Abuelita chocolate shavings, rimmed with house red mole, or the Brujerita, a blood orange-infused tequila with charcoal agave, lime juice, and Taj\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
