Sushi lovers can look forward to innovative new creations, including the 72-Hour KSR nigiri, made with Korean short rib, and enticing rolls such as the Essensu No Hamachi (essence of yellowtail) and Umami Bin\u2019naga (savory albacore). The city\u2019s dynamic energy and appreciation for innovative cuisine perfectly align with our mission to offer something truly unique and nourishing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new menu showcases a delightful fusion of global influences and traditional Japanese flavors. Highlights include KFC (Korean Fried Cauliflower) bao buns with assorted pickles, cucumbers, mayo, and sesame seeds. The grilled short rib, a 48-hour marinated dish, is accompanied by ssamjang, garlic chive oil, fried perilla, soy garlic, and seasonal mushrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diners can also enjoy blue crab zushi, which features pea flower rice topped with a blue crab mix, zuke butter, Thai basil oil, a lemon wedge, and Fresno chili. The restaurant also continues its existing happy hour from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and all day Sundays through Thursdays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Happy hour cocktails are available for $10 and showcase drinks like an Old Fashioned, margarita, lychee martini, and Pina Colada.
