What was once the cocktail lounge has now become the Annex. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bourbon &amp; Bones \u2013 known for its extensive whiskey and bourbon selection and impeccable steaks \u2013 will now offer three seating areas: the dining room, the bar, or the Annex, which will continue to serve Executive Chef Mutaz \u201cTaz\u201d Fakhouri\u2019s menu. We\u2019re very pleased to accommodate even more of them.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since opening in 2016, the restaurant has gained a reputation for its curated selection of over 860 bourbons and whiskeys.
