Collaborating with celebrity chef Beau MacMillan, McQuaid has crafted a selection highlighting the restaurant&#8217;s distinctiveness, featuring prime steaks, house-made pasta, and Mediterranean seafood &#8211; all tailored for the north Scottsdale hotspot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOur primary goal was to keep the heart and soul of The Americano while elevating the culinary creativity,\u201d MacMillan said. \u201cWe\u2019re introducing new dishes while remaining true to the restaurant&#8217;s identity and what\u2019s made it such a beloved spot. Guests can indulge in a front-row seat to the open kitchen and wood-fired grill.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Restaurant-goers can revel in a new immersive experience with tableside mozzarella, an appetizer made of hand-stretched mozzarella, heirloom tomato, basil, balsamic glaze, and sea salt.
