The hospitality group\u2019s new establishments will be in the Biltmore neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hearsay, the restaurant, and Perks, the coffee caf\u00e9, will both be the newest destinations in the Valley for connecting, working, or gathering. They will become the centerpieces of the Esplanade, which is currently undergoing a $50 million renovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPhoenix is a city that thrives on community and connection, and we\u2019re excited to introduce spaces that reflect that spirit,\u201d Episcope Hospitality founder David Morton said. \u201cHearsay and Perks are designed to be more than just places to eat and drink.
