The Salmon Riviera comes with grapefruit, avocado, and a fresh arugula salad. Another highlight is the Mediterranean octopus paired with arrabbiata, tapenade, and zucchini. For those craving something heartier, the Duck Pithiviers is encased in puff pastry with foie gras and duck breast, offering a more indulgent experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francine\u2019s new prix-fixe menu is $65 per person and provides an opportunity to sample some of these exquisite new dishes.
