This Mediterranean inspired restaurant launched two years ago  with the help of Lomayma, celebrity chef Beau MacMillan, and McQuaid. The kitchen leadership shift follows Lomayma\u2019s culinary arts experience and passion for quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are very excited and proud to announce the promotion of Clinton as Cala\u2019s executive chef. He opened the restaurant with me, and we have spent the last seven years working together. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a specialty cocktail menu that includes signature bottles of wine, specialty cocktails, and mocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tucked inside the Senna House Hotel Scottsdale, Cala offers a fresh coastal atmosphere and dishes like Peruvian scallop crudo, bucatini wagyu Bolognese, tamarind braised lamb shank and a variety of pizzas and sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Lomayma takes over at the head of the kitchen, he plans to continue the legacy of mentoring younger chefs, much like MacMillan did for him.
