This neighborhood breakfast spot, known for its inventive take on classic dishes, is making waves with the grand opening of its seventh Valley location in Uptown Phoenix. Situated in the heart of The Colony, a trendy shopping and dining hotspot, Eggstasy <\/a>will serve up delicious egg-inspired dishes starting on October 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This isn\u2019t just the grand opening \u2013 it’s a celebration packed with pancakes and promotions. Three lucky guests dining at the new location will get a Golden Pancake, an edible ticket to free pancakes for life at any Eggstasy location. To join in, order one of their 11 specialty pancake stacks or add pancakes to your meal for a chance to win the coveted prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Known for its focus on high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, Eggstasy offers a menu packed with traditional brunch favorites and upscale twists. Alongside signature pancakes, diners can enjoy quinoa bowls, omelets and mouthwatering paninis and wraps. One standout dish is the Angus skirt steak and eggs. This hearty meal solves the classic \u201cbreakfast or lunch\u201d dilemma, featuring three eggs, a grilled steak and crispy hash browns. For those craving something light but flavorful, the caprese benedict offers a poached egg on toast with mozzarella and a tangy pesto. For a more health-conscious option, the Sunrise Sandwich layers an egg white frittata with chicken sausage, kale, swiss cheese and pesto on a brioche bun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verros launched the Eggstasy concept in 2008 with the vision of bringing his own innovative approach to traditional breakfast.
