His collaboration with McQuaid has been a key factor in revamping the restaurant\u2019s menu, which will debut in late September. This collaboration promises to bring a fresh and innovative culinary experience to The Americano, which \u2013 among its dishes, also features a selection of 300 distinct wines from established and emerging Italian and American labels, adding to the richness of the dining experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI\u2019ve been working with Peter since he was a teenager, and it\u2019s been incredible to watch him grow into the extraordinary chef he is today.
