Pork on a Fork was formed by Nebraska\u2019s Wes Hansen and Justin Erickson, who were raised on hog farms (so they should know\u00a0a thing or two about pork, right?). And lucky for Valley dwellers, the guys now live in the Valley and sell their goods locally, at both farmer\u2019s markets and via <a href=\"http:\/\/porkonafork.foodzie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/porkonafork.foodzie.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\n<img  loading=\"lazy\"  decoding=\"async\"  class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2780 pk-lqip pk-lazyload\"  title=\"pork-on-fork-brats\"  src=\"https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/20030839\/pork-on-fork-brats-80x53.jpg\"  alt=\"pork-on-fork-brats\"  width=\"640\"  height=\"425\"  data-pk-sizes=\"auto\"  data-ls-sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\"  data-pk-src=\"https:\/\/www.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/pork-on-fork-brats.jpg\"  data-pk-srcset=\"https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/20030839\/pork-on-fork-brats.jpg 640w, https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/20030839\/pork-on-fork-brats-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/20030839\/pork-on-fork-brats-380x252.jpg 380w, https:\/\/media.arizonafoothillsmagazine.com\/taste\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/20030839\/pork-on-fork-brats-80x53.jpg 80w\" ><br \/>\nAmong it\u2019s selection of pork products are several types of bratwurst\u00a0including the newest flavor, jalapeno-cheddar, as well as garlic, pineapple, bacon-cheddar and tomato-basil brats.\u00a0Pork on a Fork also sells amazing bacon (like\u00a0the finger-licking good peppercorn bacon), pork\u00a0chops, sausage, pulled\u00a0pork, ham steaks, sausage patties and\u00a0more. To be honest,\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0typically not a huge lover of most pork products.
