Roosevelt St. Focused on Southern and Nashville hot fried chicken and biscuits as well as pecan-smoked pork ribs and pulled pork, Full Speed Chicken and Ribs is already set for expansion in the coming year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concept for Full Speed Chicken and Ribs developed as a brainstorm during the pandemic. Scott and Bekke purchased a fryer and began developing recipes for a simple \u2013 yet insanely delicious \u2013 menu of their favorite things: chicken, ribs, pulled pork and biscuits. Pork ribs are available by the half rack or full rack; diners can even order a single rib.
