Postino WineCaf\u00e9’s<\/a> iconic bruschetta contest is back for another season with the second annual Battle of the Bruschetta<\/a>, a summer-long, bracket-style competition between four limited-time bruschetta recipes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s out-of-the-box bites include French Onion<\/strong> (roasted garlic aioli, gruyere, braised white onions and melted brie); Buffalo Cauliflower<\/strong> (buffalo cauliflower, cambozola ranch yogurt, celery and chives); Philly Cheesesteak <\/strong>bruschetta (roasted garlic aioli, chopped steak, caramelized onion and peppers, fondue and chili oil); and Berry Mascarpone<\/strong>, a <\/strong>sweet alternative featuring blackberry mascarpone, graham cracker streusel, macerated blueberry, lemon and powdered sugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition began July 1, with each \u201cbattle\u201d running for 30 days. Finals kick off September 1, with the champion crowned September 16. Throughout each battle, guests can order two competing bruschetta flavors and vote on their favorite by texting \u201cBATTLE\u201d to 602.637.1510 each round. The champion bruschetta will earn a coveted permanent spot on Postino’s menu for all to enjoy throughout the fall season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
