The extravagant drink menu, intricate decor and creative storytelling transport guests into a completely different world\u2014seemingly far from Arizona.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the past eight years, UnderTow\u2019s theme centered around the nautical adventures of revered Captain Mallory. Starting June 4, UnderTow will bid farewell to its debut storyline and reveal a brand-new saga through the mysterious 1560s Yucatan Peninsula.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the decades from the 1510s to the 1540s, Spanish conquests ousted the indigenous Aztec communities and colonized the area. Legend and rumor of a \u201cGolden City\u201d continued to entice visitors, treasure hunters and colonists in the area. Inspired by the Yucatan Peninsula, the bartenders will incorporate innovative techniques and exotic ingredients into each of the specialty beverages. A few sneak peeks from the menu include the tantalizing \u201cLai Lani Volcano,\u201d the enchanting \u201cUnder the Harvest Moon,\u201d the communal experience of \u201cGathering of the Souls\u201d and others.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis isn\u2019t just a menu change; it\u2019s an invitation to immerse yourself in a world of wonder,\u201d says Mat Snapp, EVP of Operations at Barter &amp; Shake Cocktail Entertainment. \u201cWith each sip and every detail, we\u2019re bringing the captivating history of the Yucatan Peninsula to life for a tale of mystery and treasure-hunting on the high seas like never before.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the past eight years, UnderTow has been pushing the boundaries of a cocktail experience.
