(The highly anticipated resort just opened on Dec. 18.) The five-course dinner will be created by CORE&#8217;s Chef Joel Harrington and his culinary team, and complemented by wine pairings presented by Brett de Leuze. Brett de Leuze is president of California&#8217;s ZD Wines and the son of ZD Wines founder Norman de Leuze.
