(To make reservations, for reservation times and for more information, be sure to contact each restaurant before they fill up.)<br \/>\n<strong>Kai <\/strong>and <strong>Ko&#8217;Sin <\/strong>Both stellar restaurants at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort &amp; Spa are offering special New Year&#8217;s menus. Executive Chef, Michael O\u2019Dowd will present a special five-course, seven-course and 12-course tasting menu. The five-course menu features corned wild duck, artisan cheeses, poached bosc pear marbles and Cedar River farms filet mignon. The seven-course menu features pan seared sea of Cortez grouper complete with sun dried tomato tapenade, Fossil Creek goat cheese and Pasilla chile flan, a filet mignon with smoked corn puree and cholla buds and concludes with a decadent spin on the classic root beer float. The 12-course tasting menu is complete with a champagne toast and features menu favorites including, a celebration of truffles, foie gras, winter lettuces with pine-nut brittle, giant river prawn with white sturgeon caviar, a fall fruit elixir, braised lobster painted with foie gras essence and Sous-Vide Muscovy duck breast, Japanese Wagyu Kobe beef tartare and a trio of decadent desserts that are sure to leave the proverbial sugarplums dancing in your head. Prices for the meals range from $135 to $235.\u00a0 The Ko&#8217;Sin menu will feature a choice of four entr\u00e9es, including winter greens with goat cheese, petite filet mignon and cold water lobster tail with truffles mashed Yukon gold potatoes, Fair Trade coffee mole crusted veal chop and a slow roasted game hen with winter squash cobbler. The three-course menu is priced at $80 for adults and $40 for children 12\u00a0a d\u00a0under. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildhorsepassresort.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.wildhorsepassresort.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\n<strong>Sushi Roku <\/strong>On New Year\u2019s Eve, Sushi Roku will be serving a four-course meal with a complimentary Champagne toast (the dinner is $85 plus tax and gratuity). The four-course feast will include baked miso-marinated cod, filet mignon, foie gras, seared tuna with wasabi root, lobster salad truffle, sushi, ginger-roasted pears, chocolate mousse with seasonal berries and more. Following New Years Eve, Sushi Roku will be serving breakfast until 3 p.m. with bottomless mimosas and Bloody Marys for $20. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sushiroku.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.sushiroku.com\/<\/a>.<br \/>\nInformation for the following New Year&#8217;s dining special is available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxrc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.foxrc.com<\/a>:<br \/>\n<strong>Bloom <\/strong>For $35, Bloom offers a special menu featuring calamari, asparagus bruschetta, smoked salmon, slow-roasted organic chicken, seared ahi tuna, herb-crusted rack of lamb, Bars of Sin and spiced pumpkin pudding.<br \/>\n<strong>North <\/strong>Visit the popular restaurant for a special spread of Dungeness crab, beef tenderloin carpaccio, filet mignon, seared scallop, apple cider pork tenderloin, sour cherry croissant bread pudding and the hazelnut chocolate cake. The three-course meal is $35.<br \/>\n<strong>The Greene House <\/strong>The Kierland Commons restaurant is also offering a $35 menu of edamame dumplings, warm brie, bone-in rib eye, potato-crusted Scottish salmon, blueberry crostata\u00a0a la mode and the hot chocolate \u201cboca negra\u201d cake.<br \/>\n<strong>Olive &amp; Ivy <\/strong>Visit Olive &amp; Ivy for a yummy menu of French onion soup, heirloom beet salad, sea bass, sweet potato cannelloni, flourless chocolate cake or cranberry pear cheesecake. The menu is $35.<br \/>\n<strong>Modern Steak <\/strong>The gorgeous new Scottsdale Fashion Square restaurant is offering a delectable menu to ring in the New Year. The menu features lobster chowder, roasted beet salad, a 12-ounce filet or short rib, peanut butter cup\u00a0and bread pudding.
