Scottsdale will soon welcome two highly anticipated restaurants at the Shops at Gainey Ranch. Corso Italia<\/a> and Carb\u00f2n Mexican Kitchen will join Yama Sushi & Asian Cuisine<\/a> and Wally\u2019s American Pub \u2018n Grille<\/a> to provide a harmonious collection of dining experiences. Located at 7704 E. Doubletree Ranch Road, the fully leased-out center caters to all patrons with various cuisines and dining styles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corso Italia\u2019s fine dining experience will be chef and owner Corrado La Macchia’s 10th restaurant, continuing his 39-year culinary career. With 4,500 square feet, a luxury Italian market will accompany the splurge-worthy restaurant. Similar to Eataly and other high-end grocery stores, Corso Italia will offer unique and authentic goods, such as cheeses, imported meats, snacks, prepared meals and more, alongside an Italian coffee and espresso bar. Serving a variety of fresh and memorable Italian dishes, from classics to creative culinary explorations, Corso Italia will be a delightful and exquisite culinary experience.\u00a0Corso Italia is scheduled to open the second week of February, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For patrons seeking a more casual and just as delectable experience, Carb\u00f2n Mexican Kitchen will soon be serving a fresh collection of Mexican cuisine at Gainey Ranch. The restaurant’s menu will offer a variety of wood-fired mouthwatering meats, such as ribeye, chicken, pork and shrimp. With a focus on open-fired meats, the menu, in its simplicity, highlights the impeccable flavor of Mexican cuisine. Set to open in February 2024, Carbone Mexican Kitchen will house 100 seats in its 2,300-square-foot space. Owner and operator Danny Quinn is the mind behind this charming dining experience. Before his current project at Carb\u00f2n, Quinn helped establish Rockefeller\u2019s seafood concepts and Pubblico Italian Eateries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
