The restaurant officially opened its doors to the community on September 13, serving local and organically-sourced menu offerings, scratch-made cocktails, wine, bakery items, coffee and artisan market goods.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amelia\u2019s by EAT is an extension of everything that customers have come to love about Weber\u2019s private chef and custom catering service, <a href=\"https:\/\/eatbystaceyweber.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EAT<\/a>, including her mindful food offerings made with fresh, locally-sourced wholesome ingredients that she has been serving Arizona since 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Named after Weber\u2019s grandmother, the new concept is anticipated to become a community gathering place where families can congregate while enjoying and dinner and offers an all-day, made-from-scratch counter service menu, including a BYOB (build your own board) nosh board, bakery goods and desserts, fresh handcrafted cocktails, coffee and tea, plus a unique assortment of grab-and-go food, beverages and grocery items to take home or give as gifts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anticipated menu favorites include such EAT classics as Stacey\u2019s Famous Chicken Rice Enchilada and Gluten Free Pot Pie, along with a variety of fresh salads and sandwiches, like the Rotisserie Chicken Banh Mi and Greek Falafel Salad, plus a plethora of breakfast, bakery and dessert options, including the Sticky Caramel Bread Pudding and Root Beer Float made with organic root beer and housemade vanilla ice cream.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m so excited to bring all my favorite things to Amelia&#8217;s customers,\u201d says Owner and Chef Stacey Weber. \u201cWe will be featuring all the most loved items from EAT and adding fresh baked breads, artisan market
