Blue Sushi Sake Grill is the largest sushi group running a sustainably sourced seafood program in partnership with the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and offers one of the broadest menus of vegan sushi in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other exciting additions will include California-based Eureka!, spanning 4,290 square feet with an al fresco patio and water feature, indoor-outdoor bar, live music stage and whiskey club lockers and serving gourmet burgers, local craft beers, small-batch whiskeys and craft cocktail; and popular local restaurant Over Easy that will occupy 3,154 square feet signature milk teas and fruit-infused drinks in an aesthetically pleasing 1,738-square-foot space, while Minnesota-based Nautical Bowls will offer delicious and nutritious acai and superfood bowls made with organic, all-natural ingredients in a fun and energetic 1,211-square-foot space.<br>When complete, Novus Place will span 275,000 square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment options for
