href=\"https:\/\/tanqueverderanch.com\/packages\/prickly-pear-harvest\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Prickly Pear Harvest<\/a> at <a href=\"https:\/\/tanqueverderanch.com\">Tanque Verde Ranch<\/a> in Tucson, which returns August 17\u201320 and August 24\u201327 with prickly pear cacti-themed activities and treats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests will have the opportunity to take part in prickly pear harvesting out in the beautiful Sonoran Desert before enjoying demonstrations from Tanque Verde Ranch\u2019s culinary team throughout the weekend, where they will learn how to prepare prickly pear dishes and drinks, including prickly pear cocktails, pastries and savory plates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Sunday of both harvest weekends, the ranch\u2019s famous pancake breakfast ride with a prickly pear spin will take place at the Old Homestead from 7 a.m.\u2013 9:30 a.m., where guests will meet on horseback, bikes, carts or on foot to enjoy breakfast featuring the resort\u2019s famous pancakes with prickly pear goodness.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex also enjoy resort inclusions such as lodging with three hearty meals daily; scheduled breakfast rides and cowboy cookouts; a supervised children\u2019s program (ages 4\u201311); horseback walking and
