In addition to the sm\u00f8rrebr\u00f8d, The Coffee Builders offers German- and French-inspired fresh-baked pastries, with flavors such as blueberry, cream cheese, bourbon maple and a savory spinach and artichoke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Local Arizonian and head barista Johnny Rios, formerly of Jobot Coffee and Wren and Wolf, is certified by the International Barista &amp; Coffee Academy (IBCA) and is behind the bar serving up the highest quality caffeinated beverages in town. The Coffee Builders worked with a top local roaster to create a custom espresso blend, which is also used in the cafe\u2019s affogato dessert pairing coffee and ice cream.
