This unique partnership will bring three natural biodynamic wines from various parts of California to the downtown Scottsdale dining scene for the first time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Felipe P. brings a wealth of experience to the table, having served natural wine at his supper club, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/prettyboy.la\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pretty Boy Plates<\/a>, since 2019. Last year, he launched an educational wine series called Summer Tastings where he instructed on low-intervention winemaking and the differences between natural and \u201cbiodynamic\u201d wine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Natural, biodynamic wines are crafted with minimal interference, transforming grapes into wine in the most authentic way possible. This approach relies on sustainable farming, eliminating the use of chemicals and replacing them with natural materials and compost. Wine will also be available for purchase by the glass or by the bottle.
