The Gladly&#8217;s Summer Pig Roast Series kicks off Sunday, May 7 at noon and continues on the first Sunday of each month through summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef Kantak and his talented team invite you to indulge in the Summer Pig Roast Series, a festivity that pays homage to everything pig-related. The main attraction will be a succulent whole-roasted pig, slow-cooked to perfection and infused with unique flavors at each event inspired by different cuisines as the centerpiece.
