OnePointOne<\/a>, a Silicon Valley-founded company revolutionizing the future of sustainable farming, recently opened its new headquarters and flagship vertical farm in Avondale, Ariz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Avondale officials welcomed OnePointOne with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration where special guests got to try the company\u2019s sustainably produced, non-GMO, pesticide-free produce grown in Willo Farm<\/a>, which is powered by OnePointOne\u2019s proprietary cultivation technology. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWith our rich history of farming and agriculture, Avondale is pleased to welcome OnepointOne and Willo Farm to the City,\u201d says Avondale Mayor Kenn Weise. \u201cAs Avondale and the West Valley continue to grow, we recognize it is increasingly important to create and preserve a sustainable local food system.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
