Top the experience off with Stagecoach\u2019s signature dessert, a decadent chocolate sponge cake with white ganache and Sedona Red Rock accoutr\u00e9ment.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Newport Beach-based Wild Thyme Restaurant Group purchased the iconic West Sedona property, formerly the Olde Sedona Grill, in late 2021 before embarking on a multimillion-dollar transformation project that included a complete redesign. This is Wild Thyme Restaurant Group&#8217;s third Sedona restaurant that\u2019s opened in the last 18 months.
