cuisine restaurant&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/francinerestaurant.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FRANCINE<\/a>&nbsp;at Scottsdale Fashion Square has unveiled a special New Year\u2019s Eve menu for&nbsp;Friday, December 31, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlighting simple, yet fresh ingredients, guests will get to choose one item each from among three categories of this exceptional four-course prix fixe menu for $180 per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The evening starts with an Amuse Bouche of Smoked Salmon and Caviar on Buckwheat Blinis with a glass of champagne.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the hors d&#8217;oeuvres, guests will then be invited to choose between Seared La Bella Foie Gras with an Orange Peel Brioche, Hamachi with Buddah\u2019s Hand Lemon and Amarillo Dressing, Steak Tartare with Red Pepper Egg Yolk, Grilled Octopus Chorizo Verde and Romesco, or Butternut Tortellini Ricotta with Gorgonzola Dolce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
