The rooftop adds 1,900 square feet to the existing building and features games, outdoor seating and more. LGE was able to provide the highest quality of construction on an ambitious schedule, thanks to our unique design-build process. And it\u2019s open just in time for Arizona\u2019s mild winter season.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The open rooftop floor plan offers space for giant connect four, corn hole and even an arcade-style basketball shooting game. Comfortable seating borders the space, which creates a seamless transition from a chilled day-time atmosphere to a posh after-dark vibe.
