The small grade A farmstead dairy is in Buckeye, Arizona. Being a multi-generational Arizona dairy family, Crow\u2019s Dairy offers superior quality dairy products from their Purebred Nubian Dairy Goats.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heading to Mesa, the two-acre bio-intensive market farm Steadfast Farm, works year-round to grow garden-fresh vegetables and flowers using organic practices. The lettuces and vegetables that they provide offer crisp, soft, and buttery flavors that compliment many of the dishes at FRANCINE including the sophisticated Salade Ni\u00e7oise with fresh Ahi tuna, haricot vert, potatoes, tomato, hard-boiled egg, and citrus dressing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With three different locations in the valley, Abbey Lee Farms is known for its premier climate facilities where it grows everything naturally. Abbey Lee Farms provides fresh, local, and delicious tomatoes to FRANCINE. The restaurant uses the premier tomatoes to craft beautiful dishes such as the Heirloom Tomato Salad with cucumber granita.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heading up North to New River is Two Wash Ranch for chicken and eggs to create dishes including the Organic Rotisserie Chicken Salad Sandwich with za\u2019atar aioli, pine nuts, currants, tarragon, and sprouted grain bread. Two Wash Ranch is the gold standard for local poultry in Phoenix. Chula Seafood is a family-owned and operated fishery that supplies high-quality, fresh fish from the Pacific Coast to the Valley. With its high-quality seafood, FRANCINE crafts luxurious dishes including the Salmon Carpaccio with pine nuts, blinis and cr\u00e8me fraiche.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The French-inspired cuisine experience at FRANCINE is not complete with delicate, airy bread. Mediterra Bakehouse is committed to quality over quantity, baking artisan bread using traditional French methods. All bread is non-preservative and made with Arizona-raised grains. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the grain is harvested, Mediterra Bakehouse finishes the entire milling process in-house using stone-ground Austria milling equipment.
