Merkin Vineyards\u00a0farm-to-table, vine-to-glass concept is the cornerstone of our success, and it\u2019s a concept we intend to continue developing.<\/p><cite><br>&#8211; <meta charset=\"utf-8\">Owner and Winemaker Maynard James Keenan<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to fully make the Merkin menu magic happen in the expanded kitchen, Keenan and team have brought on award-winning, executive chef, Steven Zimmerman. A classic margarita pizza, the\u00a0<\/a><em>Calabrian<\/em>\u00a0with chorizo, schinken, bacon, calabrian chiles, fig jam and fontina cheese and the\u00a0<em>Crucifixen,\u00a0<\/em>which features Merkin farm cruciferous veggies<em>,<\/em>\u00a0roasted garlic, Parmesan spread,\u00a0fresh mozzarella and fontina cheeses, will be part of the core menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus, a daily seasonal specialty pizza.\u00a0Small batch house-made pasta will feature Merkin classics such as gnocchi, cacio y pepe, and lasagna cupcakes\u00a0as well as a fresh daily dish using seasonal ingredients.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charcuterie and cheese boards, seasonal salads and other shareable appetizers including<a>\u00a0bacon wrapped dates\u00a0<\/a>will also be served. Keenan and his team pride themselves on making everything from scratch, aiming to serve exquisite food that pairs well with the award-winning Arizona wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/caduceus.org\/tasting_rooms\/the-caduceus-cellars-tasting-room\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Caduceus Cellars<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/four8wineworks.com\/merkin-vineyards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Merkin Vineyards Four 8 Wineworks<\/a>, and the Puscifer-branded canned bubbly wine, the storefront also has a revolving supply of sundries from the Merkin farms, including olives, apple butter and jam plus house-made gelati and sorbetti inspired by seasonal ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Merkin Vineyards is located at 7133 E.
